In-Person Childbirth Education
Birthmark provides evidence-based care and honors all birth plans. Our small, enjoyable, and participant-directed classes equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to prepare for the birth experience you desire while fostering a sense of community with other new parents.
Register for one workshop, two workshops, or all three at a discounted bundle rate. Individual workshops are $125 each, or save by registering for the full series for $325. Partners and support people attend free with registration.

This class is Labor 101! The workshop covers the basic anatomy & physiology of pregnancy and birth, how to choose a provider & exercise informed consent, common medical interventions for all types of births, and the pace & pattern of normal birth. A great way to get up to speed in a hurry!
A class that teaches comfort measures, coping skills, and hands-on practice of positions & movement for labor & birth. We'll discuss creating a supportive birth team and environment.
The postpartum period is a critical time of rest, recovery, and renewal for the entire family after a baby is born. Together, we will discuss what you can expect as you enter a new life as a parent and how to prepare, heal, maintain wellness, and receive support from your community. A vital class for all families who plan to breastfeed.
